Are you experiencing problems with your sensor? Then follow these steps.

Sensor no longer scans or does not scan properly

  • Restart your phone

  • Make sure NFC is enabled

  • Try it without clothing covering

  • Try it without a phone case

  • Hold the top of the phone against the sensor for a long time

Sensor comes loose

  • A loose sensor can still work. Sometimes the sensor becomes a bit loose in the last (2) days

  • Temporarily tape the sensor with sports tape or a plaster

Sensor has fallen off, message 'replace sensor' while the 14 days are not yet over

  • Don't throw away the sensor and contact us via chat or email
